Top Stitch Guildford Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership to the Top Stitch Guildford Members' Area, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Membership Overview
The Top Stitch Guildford Members' Area provides access to exclusive sewing and pattern cutting educational content, including video tutorials, downloadable resources, guides, and other learning materials created by Gail. This information should be used for educational purposes only.
Membership is available on an annual subscription basis and grants access to members-only content for the duration of the active subscription period.
2. Subscription Fees
Membership is charged at **£49 per year**, payable in advance.
Your membership will commence upon successful payment and will remain active for a period of 12 months unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Top Stitch Guildford reserves the right to amend subscription fees for future subscription periods. Any fee changes will not affect an existing paid subscription term.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
If you choose to cancel your membership:
* Your membership will be terminated.
* Access to all members-only content will cease immediately upon cancellation.
* No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
* Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
4. Access to Membership Content
Membership access is granted solely to the registered subscriber.
You agree not to:
* Share your login details with any other person.
* Allow any third party to access your account.
* Reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, licence, or otherwise share any members-only content.
* Record, copy, screenshot, download, store, or reproduce any content that has not been expressly made available for download.
* Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures protecting the Members' Area.
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Members' Area, including but not limited to:
* Sewing tutorial videos
* Pattern cutting tutorial videos
* Other Video content
* Written guides (available at a cost in some cases)
* Downloadable resources
* Course materials
* Images, graphics, branding, and website content
remains the exclusive intellectual property of Top Stitch Guildford and/or Gail unless otherwise stated.
The content is provided solely for your personal educational use.
You may not:
* Copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, or republish any content.
* Teach, distribute, or provide the content to others.
* Incorporate the content into your own courses, workshops, memberships, teaching materials, or training programmes.
* Pass off any Top Stitch Guildford content, methods, materials, or intellectual property as your own work.
* Use any content for commercial gain, remuneration, or business purposes without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use of any content may result in legal action.
6. Trade Marks and Brand Protection
The Top Stitch Guildford name, branding, logos, course materials, and associated intellectual property are protected by law.
Nothing within the Members' Area grants any licence or right to use Top Stitch Guildford branding, materials, methods, or content for commercial purposes.
7. Downloadable Resources
Certain resources may be specifically designated as downloadable, some without and with a cost associated.
Members may download these resources solely for their own personal learning and reference purposes.
Downloaded materials must not be:
* Shared with others.
* Uploaded to websites or social media platforms.
* Sold or distributed.
* Used for commercial training or teaching.
Any content not specifically marked for download must not be downloaded, copied, stored, or reproduced in any format.
8. Member Conduct
Members are expected to use the Members' Area respectfully and lawfully.
Top Stitch Guildford reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a member:
* Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
* Infringes intellectual property rights.
* Shares content unlawfully.
* Misuses the website or Members' Area.
* Engages in abusive, offensive, or unlawful behaviour.
9. Availability of Service
While every effort is made to ensure continuous access to the Members' Area, Top Stitch Guildford cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
* Website maintenance
* Technical issues
* System upgrades
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
No compensation or refund will be provided for temporary interruptions to service.

Top Stitch Guildford reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the website.
Continued use of the Members' Area following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
